Children ages 4-12, and their caregivers are invited to join us on Wednesday at 5:30pm to celebrate the Winter Solstice (the shortest day of the year!) Bring your battery operated lantern that you made last week, and meet (in the parking lot) at the Doyle Conservation Area (located at 464 Abbott Avenue Leominster, MA) (PLEASE NOTE: This is not at Doyle Field)  for a Winter Solstice Celebration and walk! There will be readings, a campfire with smores, hot drinks and a wintery walk along lantern lit paths!

Volunteers are need to help with both the set-up and take down of the lanterns for the event. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the North County Land Trust at info@northcountylandtrust.org.

Registration is required begins on 12/7.
