The City of Leominster is hosting a vaccine clinic for children age 5-12 and people age 12+. This is for Pfizer vaccine only.
Pfizer first dose, second dose, and booster shots for people age 12+.
People aged 18 and older can get any vaccine and booster.
All people age 5-12 and people age 12+ can register with this link https://home.color.com/vaccine/register/transformativehealth
You’re eligible for a booster if:
- Pfizer & Moderna: It’s been at least 5 months since your second dose
- Johnson & Johnson: It’s been at least 2 months since your first dose
