Star Gazing at Sholan Farms!

Kids ages 5-13 and their families are invited to join us at Sholan Farms (1125 Pleasant Street, Leominster, MA.) on Wednesday, September 4. (If weather is inclement, the rain date is 9/11.) The program will begin at 7pm. Aldrich will have an outdoor display with astronomical artifacts, and demonstrations of Newton's Laws with Stomp rocket launching in the field for kids! Star gazing will let participants see a Thin Waxing Crescent Moon, and Saturn will rise one hour after sunset! Four of Saturn's moons will be easily visible in small microscopes. See the constellations - Lyra, Cygnas, Aquila - the Summer Triangle and double stars, Albireo, Alcor & Mizar!

Registration is required and begins 8/28.

Please register everyone (adults and children) who will be attending the program.
