Preschool Yoga with Miss Jaime!

Children ages 3-6 and a caregiver are invited to join us for Preschool Yoga with certified yoga teacher Miss Jaime on Friday, March 7 at 9:30 am. We'll practice yoga poses, mindfulness and breathwork in a playful way through stories, songs, and games to promote confidence, self-awareness, and emotion management. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.

Registration is required and begins Feb. 28. 

Please note: We will gladly hold your spot for 10 minutes past the scheduled start time of the program, after that, your spot may be given to someone who is waiting. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
