Children ages 2-5 and a caregiver can join us on Monday, Dec. 13 at 10 or 10:30 am for a Kids' Yoga Class with certified children's yoga instructor Jaime Greenland! In this class we will work on flexibility, strength, concentration, mindfulness, and calming our bodies- all while having so much fun! Registration is required and begins Dec. 6!
