Kids ages 8-12 are welcome to join us on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 7 pm for our Kids' Book Cub. Each month, we will read a book and then discuss it at the meeting. We'll also discuss other books we've been reading, and new books in the library's collection. 

Our October book is Gooseberry Park by Cynthia Rylant. Follow the adventures of a Chocolate Lab named Kona, a bat named Murray, and a wise old hermit crab named Gwendolyn as they embark on a mission to save some baby squirrels after an ice storm. 

At this meeting, we will also be discussing Cog by Greg Van Eekhout since we did not have a chance to discuss this book in September. 

Read one of the books or both, it's your choice!  Gooseberry Park will be available after Oct. 4.
