Hula Hooping with Kat Suwalski!

Tweens and Teens ages 10-13, are invited to join certified hula hoop instructor Kat Suwalski on Thursday, February 24 at 11am, for a hula hoop class packed with silly fun! Participants will learn the basic hooping moves while increasing hand-eye coordination, strength, balance, and agility to promote a healthy body and mind. Hooping promotes exercise, exploration, expression, movement, and dance while having fun!

Get ready to laugh and find joy in movement!
