Fire Cider Workshop w/Certified Herbalist Christine Leo

Using apple cider vinegar, and a few powerful roots, learn how to easily prepare an effective cold/flu remedy. Additionally, participants will create an herbal “steam tent” to open the airways and support respiratory health. These methods have been used for generations! The class will be taught by Christine Leo, a Certified Traditional Herbalist. Registration is required and spots are limited. Sign up begins Thursday, November 21 @ 6pm.
