Kids ages 5-9, are invited to join certified hula hoop instructor Kat Suwalski on Thursday, February 24 at 10am, for a hula hoop class packed with silly fun! Children will learn the basic hooping moves while increasing hand-eye coordination, strength, balance, and agility to promote a healthy body and mind. Hooping promotes exercise, exploration, expression, movement, and dance while having fun!
Get ready to play, laugh and find joy in movement!
