Join us for a beginner-friendly gentle yoga class hosted by Yoga with Georgia. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Flow with mindful movement to nourish the body, mind and soul in slow-paced postures, ending with a light meditation. . Soft candlelight and aromatherapy create a warm ambiance, with visual guidance offered through each movement. Reconnect with yourself in a space of serenity and self-care. You will leave feeling blissful! Sessions will be offered on Thursdays, December 5, 12, & 19 @ 7pm. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to arrive and settle.
