Dianne Crossley, LICSW, from HMEA’s Autism Resource Central will present a workshop at the Leominster Library on Thursday October 21, 2021 from 6:30 PM to 8 PM. HMEA’s Autism Resource Central is the Autism Family Support Center for Central Mass and serves more than 4,000 individuals with Autism and their families. Ms. Crossley is the Adult Autism Specialist and will be speaking on: The Supports, Resources, and Social Opportunities for Adults with an Asperger Type Autism Profile. Supports provided by HMEA’s Autism Resource Central will be covered as well as a general overview of various community, state, and federal resources that may be available for Adults with Autism. These include benefits such as Social Security, Mass Health and others.

Ms. Crossley has worked at HMEA’s Autism Resource Central for the past 5 years. She is a Licensed Individual Clinical Social Worker, L.I.C.S.W. and has many years’ experience working with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities often with coexisting mental health and/or emotional and behavioral challenges. She has provided individual, group and family counseling, case management as well as clinical, behavioral, and resource consultation to individuals, families, groups, and programs.
